To install and activate the Divi Chart Kit plugin for customers purchasing through WP HOOP Website follow these steps:
Download the Plugin #
After purchasing the Divi Chart Kit plugin through WP HOOP Website, the customer will receive a download link or access to their purchase in their WP HOOP account. They should download the .zip file of the plugin.
Upload and Install the Plugin #
- Go to the WordPress dashboard and navigate to Plugins > Add New.
- Click Upload Plugin at the top of the page.
- Select the downloaded divi-chart-kit.zip file for Divi Chart Kit and click Install Now.
- Once uploaded, click Activate to activate the plugin.
Activate the License (If Required) #
If the Divi Chart Kit plugin requires license activation:
- Go to the plugin settings, which may be in Divi Chart Kit settings or under Settings in the WordPress dashboard.
- Enter the license key provided with the purchase, usually sent via email or found in the WP HOOP account.
- Click Activate License to enable updates and support.
